Please be advised that we have reached the maximum capacity of our main lecture hall with 200 registered participants.
Due to the high level of interest, access to the main lecture hall for the opening session, keynote lectures, and award ceremonies will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis. To accommodate additional attendees, a seminar room (Moonstone room G) has been made available, where these sessions will be streamed live via Zoom. Kindly note that access to symposia, poster sessions, coffee breaks, and lunches remains unaffected, thereby ensuring all participants continue to enjoy full opportunities for interaction and engagement.
The registration fee contains the costs for all coffee breaks, lunch and dinner (on Tuesday), the use of conference facilities, and the conference shuttle bus. Accommodation and travel should be booked independently.
Accompanying guests are invited to join the breaks, including coffee breaks, lunches, conference dinner on Tuesday (September 9, 2025), however they cannot attend the conference talks and take a seat in the lecture hall or seminar room. We have a nice café and terrace next to the venue that accompanying guests are welcome to enjoy during the day.

Payment confirmation
You will receive written confirmation of your payment and the successful registration via email. Please carefully check your inbox to make sure you received both emails.

Invoice
Upon registration and payment, you will automatically receive an invoice. Please ensure you enter all necessary details for the invoice during the registration process.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation requests must be submitted via email ana-meeting-2025@ista.ac.at
Fees will be refunded according to the following policy:
- 90% refund until August 7, 2025 (10% to account for administrative costs)
- 50% refund until August 24, 2025
- No refund from August 25, 2025
Organizers shall not be liable for refunds should visas not be obtained.
